Refund policy

If Bigshot is not right for you, you can have your money back within 14 days of buying a licence. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@bigshot.pics from the address you bought with, or reply to your receipt from Paddle. Include your order number or licence key if you have it. You can also ask Paddle directly at paddle.net.

What happens next

• Refunds are issued by Paddle, our reseller, to the payment method you used, in full. Your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to show it.
• The licence is cancelled when the refund goes through. Smart capture, the full island, Projects, screenshot memory and Hooks stop working on every Mac it was activated on.
• Capture, the editor and the island’s recent captures are free, so you can keep using those.

After 14 days

After 14 days we do not normally give refunds, but write to us if something is wrong and we will look at it. This does not affect your rights under consumer law, for example if Bigshot does not work as described.

Renewals

Renewing your 12 months of updates is a separate purchase, and you can get a refund for it on the same terms.
